Представлено описание 13 клинических случаев острого фокального бактериального нефрита у детей в возрасте от 1 года до 4 лет 8 мес (2,6±1,1 года), составивших 1,61% от госпитализированных пациентов по поводу острой инфекции мочевых путей в соответствии с существующими представлениями о данной патологии.

Острый фокальный бактериальный нефрит – редкий вариант острого пиелонефрита, способный трансформироваться в гнойный процесс, сопровождается неспецифическими признаками острой мочевой инфекции со стойкой лихорадкой и признаками системной воспалительной реакции, который распознается с помощью визуализирующих технологий. При ультразвуковом исследовании в случае острого фокального бактериального нефрита обычно обнаруживаются очаги повышенной эхогенности в одной из почек и/или признаки нефромегалии. Резервным методом диагностики патологии служит компьютерная томография. Адекватная терапия острого фокального бактериального нефрита должна включать обязательное внутривенное введение антибиотиков на протяжении не менее 3 нед, что позволяет добиваться благоприятного исхода заболевания.

A description of 13 clinical cases of acute focal bacterial nephritis in children aged from 1 year to 4 years and 8 months (2.6±1.1 years), made up 1,61% from hospitalized for acute urinary tract infections in accordance with existing ideas about this pathology, is presented.

Acute focal bacterial nephritis is a rare variant of acute pyelonephritis that can transform into a purulent process, accompanied by nonspecific signs of acute urinary infection with persistent fever and signs of a systemic inflammatory response, which is recognized by visualization technologies. Ultrasound investigation in the case of acute focal bacterial nephritis usually reveals focuses of hyper-echogenicity of one of the kidneys and/ or signs of nephromegaly. The reserve method for diagnosing pathology is the computerized tomography. Adequate treatment of acute focal bacterial nephritis must include mandatory intravenous administration of antibiotics for at least 3 weeks , which allows for a favorable outcome of the disease.
