Цель исследования. Определение анамнестических предикторов тяжелой бронхиальной астмы у детей. Материал и методы. Проанализированы факторы риска у 335 пациентов с бронхиальной астмой. В процессе статистической обработки отобраны 287 пациентов, сформирована прогностическая модель. Результаты. Предикторами тяжелого течения бронхиальной астмы является комбинация таких факторов, как высокая частота развития ОРВИ в первые 3 года жизни (отношение шансов – ОШ 4,5; р&lt;0,0001), курение родителей (ОШ 3,9; р&lt;0,01), женский пол (ОШ 2,06; р=0,041), возраст пациента (ОШ 1,44; р&lt;0,0001) и раннее начало заболевания (ОШ 0,58; р&lt;0,0001). Заключение. Полученные результаты следует использовать для прогнозирования тяжелого течения бронхиальной астмы на основании доступного в практическом здравоохранении анализа комплекса анамнестических данных, что позволяет рационально организовать диспансерное наблюдение за больными детьми.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Purpose. To determine the anamnestic predictors of severe bronchial asthma in children. Material and methods. We analyzed risk factors of 335 patients with bronchial asthma. We statistically selected 287 patients and developed a prognostic model. Results. The predictors of severe bronchial asthma are combination of factors such as high incidence of ARVI in the first 3 years of life (odds ratio – OR 4.5; p&lt;0.0001), smoking parents (OR 3.9; p&lt;0.01), female (OR 2.06; p=0.041), patient age (OR 1.44; p&lt;0.0001) and the early disease debut (OR 0.58; p&lt;0.0001). Conclusion.
