Оценка эффективности применения спрея, содержащего морскую воду и экстракт бурых водорослей, в раннем послеоперационном периоде у детей после аденотомии.</p><p>Характеристика детей и методы исследования. В отделении оториноларингологии Пермской краевой детской клинической больницы проведено обследование и оперативное лечение 24 пациентов в возрасте от 4 до 10 лет (12 мальчиков и 12 девочек). Всем пациентам выполнена аденотомия по поводу гипертрофии глоточной миндалины II–III степени, в послеоперационном периоде назначалась антибиотикотерапия в течение 5 дней. Пациенты были разделены на 2 группы: у детей 1-й группы (группа исследования, n=12) для ирригационной терапии полости носа и носоглотки использовался спрей Аквалор протект; у детей 2-й группы (группа сравнения, n=12) ирригационную терапию проводили с помощью спрея с изотоническим раствором хлорида натрия.Солевые растворы впрыскивали в каждую половину носа по 2 дозы 4 раза в течение 4 дней.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. По данным врачебного осмотра в группе исследования наблюдалось достоверное более выраженное улучшение по следующим показателям (оценки по визуальной аналоговой шкале): общее самочувствие (p&lt;0,05), отек в полости носа (p&lt;0,05), гиперемия слизистой оболочки полости носа (p&lt;0,05), улучшение носового дыхания (p&lt;0,034), наличие слизистогеморрагических корочек в полости носа (p&lt;0,0001), общие ощущения от препарата (p&lt;0,02).</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p> Заключение. Использование препарата, содержащего морскую воду и экстракт бурых водорослей, в раннем послеоперационном периоде у детей после аденотомии более эффективно, чем применение назального спрея с изотоническим раствором. </p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Adenotomy is one of the most common surgeries on the part of ENT organs in childhood, it is usually performed under endotracheal anesthesia.</p><sec><title>Purpose</title><p>Purpose. To evaluate the effectiveness of the spray containing sea water and brown algae extract in the early postoperative period in children after adenotomy.</p><p>Characteristics of the children and research methods. 24 patients aged from 4 to 10 years (12 boys and 12 girls) were examined and treated in the Otorhinolaryngology Department of the Perm Regional Children’s Clinical Hospital. All patients underwent adenotomy due to hypertrophy of the pharyngeal tonsil of the II–III degree, they received antibiotics for 5 days after surgery. The patients were divided into 2 groups: Group 1 (study group, n=12) used, Aqualor Protect spray for irrigation therapy of the nasal cavity and nasopharynx; Group 2 (comparison group, n=12) used a spray with isotonic sodium chloride solution for irrigation therapy. 2 doses of saline solution were sprayed into each nostril 4 times for 4 days.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p> Results. According to the medical examination, the study group demonstrated more pronounced improvement of the following indicators (visual analogue scale scores): overall health (p&lt;0.05), swelling of the nasal cavity (p&lt;0.05), hyperemia of the mucous membrane of the nasal cavity (p&lt;0.05), improved nasal breathing (p&lt;0.034), the presence of mucous-hemorrhagic crusts in the nasal cavity (p&lt;0.0001), general feelings (p&lt;0.02).</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p> Conclusion.
