В статье освещены ключевые положения, касающиеся оценки боли у новорожденных детей, ее прогностического значения и инструментов для правильной оценки степени выраженности боли у ребенка, который не в состоянии самостоятельно информировать медицинского работника о своей проблеме. Последнее представляет особый интерес, поскольку результаты имеющихся научных исследований, посвященных данному вопросу в неонатальной практике, не вполне универсальны и однозначны. Собрана доступная в открытых источниках информация о боли у новорожденных детей. Отдельно освещена проблема клинического использования методов определения ее выраженности, при этом особое внимание уделено наиболее широко применяемым шкалам. Выполнен краткий сравнительный анализ наиболее часто применяемых в мировой неонатальной практике клинических инструментов объективизации выраженности боли у новорожденных детей.

Theе article describes the key points of pain assessment in newborns, its prognostic value, and tools to assess the pain severity in a child unable to inform about the problem. The latter is of special interest, since the results of existing scientific research in the neonatal practice are not completely universal and clear. The review contains data on pain in newborns available in open sources. The authors devoted special attention to clinical methods of pain severity determination, especially to the most widely used scales. They compared the clinical methods for objectifying the pain severity in newborns frequently used in neonatal practice.
