Изложение современных данных о роли кишечной микрофлоры в развитии вторичной гипероксалурии у детей.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и метод</title><p>Материал и метод. Критический анализ данных литературы с обобщением имеющихся в настоящее время результатов оригинальных исследований по вкладу микрофлоры кишечника Oxalobacter formigenes, бактерий рода Bifidobacterium и Lactobacillus в предупреждение развития и снижение клинических проявлений вторичной гипероксалурии.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Представлен обзор современного состояния знаний о факторах риска развития и патогенезе вторичной гипероксалурии. В обзоре рассматривается вклад кишечной микробиоты в предупреждение вторичной гипероксалурии.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. Изучение вклада кишечной микробиоты (в первую очередь O. formigenes, бактерий рода Bifidobacterium и Lactobacillus) в предупреждение вторичной гипероксалурии поможет рационализировать тактику ведения пациентов и разработать новые подходы к профилактике вторичной гипероксалурии.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective. To present modern data on the role of intestinal micro flora in the development of secondary hyperoxaluria in children.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and method</title><p>Material and method. To analyze literature data and generalize the available results of original studies on intestinal micro flora Oxalobacterformigenes, Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus bacteria and their role in the prevention and reduction of clinical manifestations of secondary hyperoxaluria.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The authors have presented the current data on the risk factors for the development and pathogenesis of secondary hyperoxaluria. They have described the intestinal micro biota and its role in prevention of secondary hyperoxaluria.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions.
