В патогенезе важную роль играют образующиеся биопленки, затрудняющие лечение больных, особенно рецидивирующим и хроническим риносинуситом. Новая активная элиминационно-ирригационная интраназальная терапия с применением средства «Аквалор®Актив софт», содержащего газированный изотонический раствор стерильной морской воды (концентрация NaCl 0,9%; концентрация СО2 0,4%) обеспечивает разрушение биопленок и значительное снижение микробной нагрузки, что целесообразно использовать при лечении больных риносинуситом, особенно рецидивирующего и хронического течения.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>10—30% of human population suffer from sinusltis/rhinosinusltis, 5—15% of the adults and 5% of children have chronic forms. Biofilms play an important role in pathogenesis, they complicate the treatment, especially in patients with recurrent and chronic rhinosinusitis.
