Дети составляют 1—11% среди пациентов с подтвержденными случаями заболевания, среди них тяжелые и крайне тяжелые формы наблюдаются менее чем в 1% случаев. В статье представлено описание клинического случая тяжелого течения COVID-19 у подростка, особенностями которого были несоответствие физикальных данных большой степени поражения легочной ткани, развитие геморрагического синдрома, низкая эффективность антибактериальной и противовирусной терапии, что потребовало применения тоцилизумаба.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In most cases children have a light form of new coronavirus infection COVID-19 as compared to adult patients; however, some children may develop severe forms of the disease. Children account for 1—11% of the confirmed patients, less than 1% of the patients have severe and extremely severe forms.
