Это заболевание служит одной из причин приобретенных заболеваний сердца у детей в экономически развитых странах. Причина болезни Кавасаки остается неизвестной. Статья основана на текущих рекомендациях и клиническом случае, особое внимание обращено на необходимость ранней диагностики и адекватного лечения, так как только ранняя диагностика и своевременное лечение пациентов с этим заболеванием предотвращают повреждение коронарных артерий.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The Kawasaki disease is the acute vasculitis specific to the childhood that affects the medium-sized arteries and causes the coronary aneurysms in about 25% of the patients untreated. This disease is one of the causes of the heart diseases acquired in the children in the economically developed countries. The cause of the Kawasaki disease remains unknown.
