Оценка взаимосвязи между гемодинамическими характеристиками левого желудочка и геометрическими особенностями дуги аорты у плода.</p></sec><sec><title>Методы</title><p>Методы. Исследование выполнено у 31 плода в период с 29 по 34-ю неделю гестации методом эхокардиографии. Оценены морфогеометрические характеристики левых отделов сердца и дуги аорты. Изученные параметры: конечный диастолический объем левого желудочка (КДОЛЖ), ударный объемлевого желудочка (УОЛЖ), интеграл потока через аортальный клапан (VTI АК),диаметр кольца аортального клапана (АК), диаметр сегмента дуги аорты между брахиоцефальным стволом и левой сонной артерией (dС).</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Среднийгестационныйвозрастсоставил31,9±1,4 нед. (95%ДИ:31,4–32,4нед).Средняямассатела1899±377г (95%ДИ:1762–2038г).КДОЛЖ1,57±0,64мл(95%ДИ:1,3–1,8).УОЛЖ1,3±0,45мл(95%ДИ:1,1–1,4мл).АК0,4±0,07см (95%ДИ:0,39–0,44см). Сегмент С дуги аорты 0,37±0,07 cм (95%ДИ:0,035–0,040 см). Между переменными, использованными для расчета dC дуги аорты, имеется прямая корреляция (коэффициент корреляции Пирсона: КДОЛЖ0,51;p=0,002; УОЛЖ 0,46; p=0,005; АК 0,52; p=0,001). Диаметр сегмента C дуги аорты может быть рассчитан с помощью следующих уравнений: dС=0,76·УОЛЖ+2,8(95%ДИУОЛЖ0,2–1,395%ДИ для константы 2,1–3,6; критерий Фишера 7,6р=0,01). dС=0,59·КДОЛЖ+2,8(95%ДИКДОЛЖ0,2–0,98;95%ДИ для константы 2,2–3,5; критерий Фишера10р=0,004).dС= =0,59·АК+1,3(95%ДИАК0,22–0,95;95%ДИ для константы–0,23–2,9; критерий Фишера10,7;р=0,003).</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. 1)Гемодинамические характеристики левого желудочка позволяют прогнозировать размеры дуги аорты у плодов с 29 по 34-ю неделю гестации;2)морфогеометрические характеристики дуги аорты определяются особенностями ударного объема левого желудочка, конечным диастолическим объемом левого желудочка и размером фиброзного кольца аортального клапана.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective. To assess the correlation between the hemodynamic characteristics of the left ventricle and geometric features of the aortic arch in the fetus.</p></sec><sec><title>Methods</title><p>Methods. The study involved 31 fetuses from 29 to 34 weeks of gestation by echocardiography. The scientists assessed the morphogeometric characteristics of the left ventricle andaortic arch. They studied the following parameters: end-diastolic volume ofthe left ventricle (LVEDV), stroke volume of the leftventricle (LVSV), velocity-time integral of the flow through aortic valve (VTI AV), diameter of the aortic valve ring (AV), diameterof the aortic arch segment between brachiocephalic trunk and left carotid artery (dС).</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p> Results. The average gestational age was 31,9±1,4weeks (95% CI: 31,4–32,4 weeks). Average body weight 1899±377 g (95% CI: 1762–2038 g). LVEDV = 1,57±0,64 ml (95% CI: 1,3–1,8). LVSV = 1,3±0,45 ml (95% CI: 1,1–1,4 ml). AV 0,4±0,07 cm (95% CI: 0,39–0,44 cm). C segment of the aorticarc is 0,37±0,07 cm (95% CI: 0,035–0,040 cm). There was direct correlation between the variables used to calculate dC (Pearson correlation coefficient: LVEDV = 0,51; p=0,002; LVSV = 0,46; p=0,005; AV = 0,52, p=0,001).
