Оценка эффективности аллерген-специфической иммунотерапии у 471 ребенка с аллергическим ринитом и бронхиальной астмой, а также анализ динамики цитокинового профиля исходно и через 1 год от начала лечения у 86 детей. Работа выполнена при поддержке гранта Международного научного совета для молодых ученых Казанского государственного медицинского университета.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Анализ полученных данных показал, что аллерген-специфическая иммунотерапия – высокоэффективный метод лечения детей с аллергическим ринитом и атопической бронхиальной астмой. Полученная динамика уровня исследованных цитокинов на фоне лечения косвенно свидетельствует о повышении функциональной активности адаптивных субпопуляций регуляторных Т-лимфоцитов (T-reg) и В-лимфоцитов (B-reg) при снижении активности лимфоцитов Th2, что может указывать на реконструкцию иммунного ответа и возможность обеспечения болезнь-модифицирующего эффекта.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Allergen-specific immunotherapy is a pathogenetic method for the treatment of IgE-mediated allergic diseases.</p><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective. To evaluate effectiveness of allergen-specific immunotherapy in 471 children with allergic rhinitis and bronchial asthma, as well to analyze the dynamics of the cytokine profile at baseline and 1 year after the start of treatment in 86 children. The research was supported by a grant from the International Scientific Council for Young Scientists of Kazan State Medical University.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Analysis of the data obtained demonstrated that allergen-specific immunotherapy is a highly effective method of treating children with allergic rhinitis and atopic bronchial asthma.
