Инъекционное введение токсина во внутренний анальный сфинктер – новый, миниинвазивный, эффективный метод лечения детей с гипертонусом/ахалазией сфинктера, диссинергией мышц таза, задержкой стула, вторичным недержанием кала от переполнения прямой кишки. Действие ботулотоксина А на гладкие мышцы полых органов не изучено.</p><sec><title>Цель исследования</title><p>Цель исследования. Анализ влияния ботулотоксина А на тонус гладких мышц толстой кишки в эксперименте.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. Работа проведена на 15 лабораторных крысах Sprague Dawley. Влияние ботулотоксина А на тонус гладкой мускулатуры толстой кишки оценивали с помощью измерения напряжения стенки кишки и внутрипросветного давления.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. На 10-е сутки после введения ботулотоксина А в сегмент нисходящей ободочной кишки выявлено снижение давления в прямой кишке. Показатели напряжения стенки кишки до введения ботулинического токсина типа А, а также через 10 и 20 мин не различались. Показатели напряжения в зоне введения ботулотоксина типа А снизились на 81% на 10-е сутки после инъекции. Отмечено косвенное снижение тонуса гладких мышц в сегментах толстой кишки выше и ниже инъекции на 49 и 80% соответственно.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Снижение ректального давления на 10-е сутки после введения ботулотоксина А находится в прямой зависимости от снижения бионапряжения вышележащих отделов. Необходимы дальнейшие фундаментальные исследования для оценки влияния токсина на «нетаргетные» гладкие мышцы.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>A-type botulinum toxin blocks presynaptic production of acetylcholine, thereby disrupting neuromuscular transmission, and leading to flaccid muscle paresis. Injection of toxin into the internal anal sphincter is a new, minimally invasive, effective method of treating children with hypertonicity / achalasia of the sphincter, pelvic muscle dyssynergia, stool retention, secondary fecal incontinence from rectal overflow. The effect of A-type botulinum toxin on smooth muscles of hollow organs has not been yet studied.</p><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective. To analyze the effect of A-type botulinum toxin on the tone of the smooth muscles of the colon in the experiment.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. The scientists examined 15 laboratory Sprague Dawley rats. The effect of A-type botulinum toxin on the tone of the smooth muscles of the large intestine was assessed by measuring the stress of the intestinal wall and intraluminal pressure.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The scientists revealed a decrease in pressure in the rectum on the 10th day after the injection of A-type botulinum toxin into the segment of the descending colon. The indices of the intestinal wall tension did not differ before the administration of A-type botulinum toxin, as well as in 10 and 20 minutes. The tension in the administration area of A-type botulinum toxin decreased by 81% on the 10th day after injection. There was an indirect decrease in smooth muscle tone in the segments of the colon above and below the injection by 49 and 80%, respectively.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. The decrease in rectal pressure on the 10th day after the administration of A-type botulinum toxin directly depends upon the decrease in the biovoltage of the overlying sections.
