Статья посвящена трудностям дифференциальной диагностики этиологии множественных экхимозов у новорожденного ребенка вследствие особенностей системы гемостаза и предрасположенности к кровоточивости, проявляющейся в том числе экстравазацией крови в кожу, слизистые оболочки и ключевой роли анамнеза в постановке окончательного диагноза.

The article is devoted to the difficulties of differential diagnosis of the etiology of multiple ecchymosis in a newborn child due to the peculiarities of the hemostasis system and a predisposition to bleeding, manifested by extravasation of blood into the skin, mucous membranes and the key role of anamnesis in the final diagnosis.
