В полной мере это относится к флекситарианству. Термин «флекситаризм» включен в Оксфордский словарь английского языка в 2014 г. и обозначает направление в диетологии как гибкое вегетарианство, т.е. редкое употребление мяса или рыбы на фоне растительной диеты. Многие не задумываются, что в настоящее время придерживаются именно флекситарианской диеты. На самом деле признаки флекситарианства мы находим еще в традиционной диетологии, когда ограничивали белковую составляющую в основном за счет животных белков при подагре и хронической болезни почек. В статье отражено положительное влияние флекситарианской диеты на здоровье и микрофлору кишечника. Формирование микрофлоры кишечника под влиянием растительных и кисломолочных продуктов происходит правильно. Возможной альтернативой красному мясу могут стать ферментированные молочные продукты, богатые минералами, незаменимыми аминокислотами и эссенциальными нутриентами за счет молочнокислого брожения и продукции эссенциальных компонентов пищи микрофлорой кишки.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Changes in the traditional way of life, conditioned by socio-economic processes, affect persistent nutritional stereotypes among other aspects. This fully applies to flexitarianism. The term «Flexitarianism» was added to the Oxford English Dictionary in 2014 and denotes a direction in dietetics as flexible vegetarianism, i.e., rare consumption of meat or fish against the background of a plantbased diet. Many do not realize that they are currently following the Flexitarian diet. Its origins are known even in traditional dietetics where the protein component is limited mainly in respect to animal proteins for gout and chronic kidney disease. The article reflects the positive impact of the Flexitarian diet on gut health and microflora. The formation of intestinal microflora under the influence of plant and fermented milk products is optimal.
