Определить максимальный уровень артериального давления у молодых элитных спортсменов в зависимости от роста и пола.</p><p>Характеристика детей и методы исследования. Обследованы 2313 (средний возраст 15,5±1,4 года; 45% юношей) юных элитных спортсменов — членов сборных команд Российской Федерации по 40 видам спорта. Всем обследуемым была проведена велоэргометрия по протоколу PWC170, артериальное давление измерялось мануально на каждой ступени нагрузки, определялись его максимальные уровни в течение всей пробы.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Максимальные уровни артериального давления у юношей были выше, чем у девушек: систолического артериального давления 195±25 мм рт.ст. против 175±20 мм рт.ст. (р&lt;0,001), диастолического артериального давления 80±11 мм рт.ст. против 80±10 мм рт.ст. (р&lt;0,05). Выявлена зависимость между максимальным уровнем артериального давления на нагрузке и ростом (r=0,55; p&lt;0,001). Предложны нормативные таблицы для оценки максимальный уровней систолического артериального давления на нагрузке в зависимости от роста.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. 1. У юных элитных спортсменов максимальный уровень артериального давления при велоэргометрии по протоколу PWC170 зависит не только от пола, но и от роста. 2. Максимальные уровни систолического артериального давления на нагрузке среди высокорослых юных элитных спортсменов могут достигать у юношей — 250 мм рт.ст., у девушек — 210 мм рт.ст.  </p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>It is known the blood pressure in children at rest depend on height, but this fact has not been considered during the exercise stress test.</p><sec><title>Purpose</title><p>Purpose. To determine the maximum value of blood pressure in young elite athletes, depending on the height and gender.</p><p>Characteristics of children and research methods. The study examined 2313 young elite athletes, members of the national teams of the Russian Federation in 40 sports disciplines (average age — (15,5 ± 1,4) years; 45% of young men). All subjects underwent PWC170 cycle ergometry, blood pressure was measured manually at each stage of testing, and its maxima were registered throughout the testing.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The maximum blood pressure values in boys were higher than in girls: systolic blood pressure (195 ± 25) vs (175 ± 20) mmHg, p&lt;0,001, diastolic blood pressure (80 ± 11) vs (80 ± 10) mmHg, p&lt;0,05. There was relationship between the maximum value of the blood pressure on exercise and height (r=0,55; p&lt;0,001). There were proposed normative tables for the maximum values of systolic blood pressure during exercise, depending on height.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. In the young elite athletes, the maximum value of blood pressure during stress test depends not only on the gender, but also on the height.
