Однако из-за отсутствия крупных исследований, а также фенотипической вариабельности электрокардиографических и клинических проявлений у пациентов с брадиаритмиями и положительным генетическим тестом возникают сложности при оценке его эффективности. В статье представлены показания к проведению генетических обследований пациентов детского возраста с брадиаритмиями, разработанные в Центре нарушений ритма сердца с учетом существующих рекомендаций у пациентов с заболеваниями проводящей системы сердца.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The nature of hereditary cardiac conduction diseases can be determined by using genetic testing. However, due to the absence of large studies, as well as the phenotypic variability of the electrocardiographic and clinical manifestations in patients with bradyarrhythmias, and a positive genetic test there are difficulti to evaluate its effectiveness.
