Под наблюдением находились 200 практически здоровых детей. В зависимости от характера вскармливания были выделены 100 детей на искусственном вскармливании (основная группа) и 100 — на естественном вскармливании (группа сравнения). В 1-ю подгруппу основной группы входил 51 ребенок, получавший формулы на основе новозеландского козьего молока с пребиотиками, во 2-ю подгруппу —49 детей, получавших смеси на основе сывороточных белков коровьего молока с пребиотиками. Исследование метаболической активности кишечной микрофлоры проводилось методом газожидкостной хроматографии; концентрацию аллергенспецифических IgE- и IgG-антител к белкам коровьего и козьего молока в копрофильтратах до и на фоне приема смесей с пребиотиками определяли с помощью неконкурентного иммуноферментного анализа с применением специальных тест-систем фирмы Allergopharma (Германия). Использование смесей с пребиотиками приводило к увеличению концентрации уксусной, масляной кислот, анаэробного индекса в обеих подгруппах. Однако наиболее высокие показатели в копрофильтратах наблюдались у детей 1-й подгруппы и у детей, находившихся на грудном вскармливании. Анализ показателей аллергенспецифических IgE- и IgG-антител до приема смесей показал, что уровень латентной сенсибилизации к белку козьего молока бьи значительно ниже, чем к белку коровьего молока (+1 класс и +2 класс соответственно). У детей 1-й подгруппы отмечалась более выраженная динамика снижения частоты латентной сенсибилизации к этим видам белка. Таким образом, наиболее выраженная благоприятная динамика изученных показателей наблюдалась у детей, получавших грудное молоко или смеси на основе новозеландского козьего молока с пребиотиками.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Objective: to investigate the metabolic activity of the enteric microflora and the rate of milk protein sensitization during different types of feeding in healthy infants of Moscow. A total of 200 apparently healthy children were followed up. According to feeding patterns, there were 100 formula-fed babies (a study group) and 100 breast-fed ones (a comparison group). Subgroup 1 of the study group included 51 infants receiving formulas based on New Zealand goat's milk with prebiotics; Subgroup 2 consisted of 49 infants having formulas based on cow's milk-serum proteins with prebiotics. The metabolic activity of the enteric microflora was investigated by gas liquid chromatography; the concentrations of allergen-specific IgE and IgG antibodies against cow's and goat's milk proteins in coprofllrates were determined by noncompetitive enzyme immunoassay using special test systems (Allergopharma, Germany) before and during the ingestion of the formulas with prebiotics. The use of the formulas containing prebiotics led to increases in acetic acid and butyric acid concentrations and anaerobic index in both subgroups. However, their highest values in the coproflltrates were observed in Subgroup 1 and breast-fed infants. Analysis of allergen-specific IgE and IgC antibodies before formula indigestion showed that the level of latent sensitization to goat's milk protein was substantially lower than that to cow's milk protein (+ Class 1 and + Class 2, respectively). Subgroup 1 showed a more pronounced tendency to decrease the rate of latent sensitization to these types of protein.
