Несмотря на то что регулярная физическая нагрузка оказывает положительное влияние на уровень артериального давления, развитие артериальной гипертензии у спортсменов, в том числе в детском и подростковом возрасте, — распространенная проблема. Эпидемиологические исследования, изучающие артериальную гипертензию у спортсменов, не проводились, однако известно, что повышение уровня артериального давления служит наиболее частым кардиологическим симптомом, выявляемым на обследовании перед соревнованием или тестированием физической работоспособности. Факторы риска развития артериальной гипертензии у юных спортсменов сходны с таковыми в детско-подростковой популяции в целом, однако существует ряд специфических факторов риска, характерных именно для спортсменов. В статье обсуждаются вопросы допуска юных спортсменов к спортивным соревнованиям, основные аспекты медикаментозной и немедикаментозной терапии. 

Regular physical activity has a positive effect on blood pressure, but despite this fact, arterial hypertension in athletes, including children and adolescents, is a common problem. It is known that an increase in blood pressure is the most common cardiac symptom detected on pre-competition examination or physical performance testing. The risk factors for hypertension in young athletes are generally similar to those in the child and adolescent population as a whole, but some risk factors exist that are specific to athletes. The article discusses the possibilities of admittance of young athletes to sports competitions and the main aspects of drug and non-drug therapy.
