Язвенная болезнь - достаточно редкая патология детского возраста. Поэтому актуально проанализировать некоторые особенности язвенной болезни желудка и двенадцатиперстной кишки у детей в зависимости от типа конституции.Цель исследования. Анализ некоторых особенностей язвенной болезни желудка и двенадцатиперстной кишки у детей в зависимости от типа конституции.Материал и методы. Обследованы 58 детей в возрасте 12–18 лет с диагнозом язвенная болезнь желудка и/или двенадцатиперстной кишки, которым проводилось эндоскопическое обследование, выявлялся H. pylori в биоптате и аэротестом. Результаты. Язвенная болезнь чаще выявлялась у детей-астеников (67,2%), реже — у гиперстеников (17,3%) и нормостеников (15,5%). Различными методами исследования у детей-астеников (97,4%) чаще, чем у гипер- или нормостеников, выявлялся H. pylori.Заключение. Дети с астеническим типом конституции подвержены Hpассоциированной форме язвенной болезни желудка и двенадцатиперстной кишки чаще, чем гиперстеники или нормостеники.

Peptic ulcer disease is a fairly rare pathology of childhood. Therefore, it is important to analyze some features of peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum in children, depending on the body type.Purpose. To analyze some features of peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum in children, depending on the body type.Material and methods. We examined 58 children aged 12–18 years with a diagnosis of peptic ulcer of the stomach and/or duodenum, who underwent endoscopic examination, H. pylori was detected in the biopsy and aero test.Results. Peptic ulcer disease was more often detected in asthenic children (67.2%), less often in hypersthenic (17.3%) and normosthenics (15.5%). Various research methods in asthenic children (97.4%) revealed the presence of H. pylori more often than in hyperor normosthenic children.Conclusion. Children with an asthenic type of constitution are more prone to Hp-associated forms of gastric and duodenal ulcers than hypersthenics or normosthenics.
