Уделено особое внимание течению и диетическим предпочтениям матери во время беременности, приему витаминно-минеральных комплексов, питанию ребенка после рождения, виду вскармливания, дотации препаратов витамина D и продуктов прикорма. Обследованы 1246 детей младше 4 лет, не имеющих в анамнезе указания на недостаточность витамина D. С клиническими проявлениями рахита выявлены 52 ребенка, у которых определяли 25(ОН)D в сыворотке крови, при этом низкая обеспеченность выявлена у 21,1%, недостаток витамина D — у 63,4%, дефицит — у 15,3% детей. Прослеживалась взаимосвязь между использованием молочных продуктов, обогащенных витаминно-минеральным комплексом, содержащим витамин D и кальция, применением лечебных доз витамина D и повышением уровня 25(ОН)D в сыворотке крови.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article discusses the main risk factors for the formation of insufficiency and deficiency of vitamin D in children. Particular attention is paid to the course and dietary preferences of the mother during pregnancy, the intake of vitamin and mineral complexes, the nutrition of the child after birth, the type of feeding, the subsidy of vitamin D preparations and complementary foods. 1246 children under four years of age with no history of vitamin D deficiency were examined. With clinical manifestations of rickets, 52 children were identified, who underwent determination of 25(OH) D in serum, while low availability was detected in 21.1%, vitamin D insufficiency — in 63.4% of children, deficiency — in 15.3% of cases.
