Наиболее важным биомаркером аллергии к молоку травоядных является аллерген-специфический IgE (sIgE), который может быть оценен как к цельному аллергену (например, коровьему молоку, кобыльему молоку, козьему молоку и т.д.), так и к конкретной молекуле, входящей в их состав. Данная статья посвящена оценке sIgE у детей раннего возраста с подозрением на аллергию к белкам коровьего молока.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Allergy to cow’s milk proteins is the most common cause of allergic reactions in young children, with a significant impact on the quality of life of children and their families. The most significant biomarker of herbivore milk allergy is allergen-specific IgE (sIgE), which can be assessed both for the whole allergen (for example, cow’s milk (CM), mare’s milk, goat’s milk, etc.) and a specific molecule, included in their composition.
