<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Most children make a full recovery from a new coronavirus infection, but some of them have a variety of persistent symptoms for a long time. A wide range of symptoms that occur within weeks or months after infection with SARS-CoV-2 is referred to as a long COVID (post-COVID-19 syndrome). The review presents literature data on the duration and clinical features of post-COVID-19 syndrome in children. The paucity of studies on long COVID conditions does not allow us to draw unambiguous conclusions. However, it should be borne in mind that the consequences of a new coronavirus infection can have a significant impact on the health of children and their quality of life in the future.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>дети</kwd><kwd>SARS-CoV-2</kwd><kwd>длительный COVID</kwd><kwd>постковидный синдром</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>children</kwd><kwd>SARS-CoV-2</kwd><kwd>long COVID</kwd><kwd>post-COVID-19 syndrome</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Soriano J.B., Murthy S., Marshall J.C., Relan P., Diaz J.V.; WHO Clinical Case Definition Working Group on PostCOVID-19 Condition.
