Анализ результатов научных исследований отечественных и зарубежных авторов, касающихся изучения факторов риска развития артериальной гипертензии у детей и лиц молодого возраста.</p></sec><sec><title>   Материал и методы</title><p>   Материал и методы. Проведен качественный анализ имеющихся в литературе современных данных о факторах риска развития артериальной гипертензии и ее профилактике.</p></sec><sec><title>   Результаты</title><p>   Результаты. Установлено, что на возникновение артериальной гипертензии в детском возрасте влияют не только наследственные факторы, но и целый ряд средовых факторов риска.</p></sec><sec><title>   Заключение</title><p>   Заключение. Требуются дальнейшие исследования по изучению новых и известных факторов риска, которые необходимо учитывать при проведении первичной профилактики заболевания у детей и лиц молодого возраста из группы высокого риска.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>   In modern society, there is an intensive increase in the incidence of hypertension among young people, which is mainly due to lifestyle features and associated risk factors.</p><sec><title>   Purpose</title><p>   Purpose. To analyze the results of Russian and foreign scientific research concerning the study of risk factors in the development of hypertension in children and young people.</p></sec><sec><title>   Material and methods</title><p>   Material and methods. A qualitative analysis of the current data available in the literature on the risk factors of hypertension and its prevention has been carried out.</p></sec><sec><title>   Results</title><p>   Results. It has been established that the occurrence of arterial hypertension in childhood is influenced not only by hereditary factors, but also by a number of environmental risk factors.</p></sec><sec><title>   Conclusion</title><p>   Conclusion. Further research is needed to study new and established risk factors that need to be considered when conducting primary prevention of the disease in children and young people from the high-risk group.</p></sec></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>дети</kwd><kwd>лица молодого возраста</kwd><kwd>артериальная гипертензия</kwd><kwd>факторы риска</kwd><kwd>наследственность</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>children</kwd><kwd>young people</kwd><kwd>arterial hypertension</kwd><kwd>risk factors</kwd><kwd>heredity</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Benjamin E.J., Virani S.S., Callaway C.W., Chamberlain A.M.ж, Chang A.R., Cheng S.
