Исследования показали, что у пациентов с хроническими заболеваниями печени доминирующими таксонами кишечной микробиоты были Bifidobacterium longum, Bifidobacterium adolescentis, Blautia massiliensis, а у здоровых детей — Neisseria flavescens. Сравнительный анализ данных о таксономическом разнообразии кишечной микробиоты при аутоиммунных и неаутоиммунных заболеваниях печени у детей отсутствует.</p><sec><title>   Цель исследования</title><p>   Цель исследования. Изучение различий в таксономическом разнообразии фекальной микробиоты у пациентов с аутоиммунными и неаутоиммунными заболеваниями печени, а также оценка потенциальных биомаркеров ампликонов гена 16S рРНК при этих заболеваниях путем сравнения таксономического состава.</p></sec><sec><title>   Материалы и методы</title><p>   Материалы и методы. Проведен метагеномный анализ кишечной микробиоты 24 детей с хроническими заболеваниями печени (средний возраст 10,3 ± 4,7 года) с выделением региона гена 16S рРНК. В группу вошли 18 детей с аутоиммунными заболеваниями печени и 6 детей с неаутоиммунными заболеваниями печени.</p></sec><sec><title>   Результаты</title><p>   Результаты. Выявлено 684 вида микроорганизмов в исследуемых образцах кала пациентов. Анализ показал, что в образцах кала детей с аутоиммунными заболеваниями печени доминирующих таксонов не выявлено, а у пациентов с неаутоиммунными заболеваниями печени доминирующим таксонами были Veillonella dispar, Veillonella parvula, Cloacibacillus porcorum, Prevotella histicola и Bacteroides eggerthii.</p></sec><sec><title>   Заключение</title><p>   Заключение. Выявлены различия в составе кишечной микробиоты у детей с аутоиммунными и неаутоиммунными заболеваниями печени.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>   The influence of the gut microbiota on the development of various diseases is of great interest to researchers. The conducted studies showed that in patients with chronic liver diseases, the dominant taxa of the gut microbiota were Bifidobacterium longum, Bifidobacterium adolescentis, Blautia massiliensis, and in healthy children — Neisseria flavescens. There is no comparative analysis of data on the taxonomic diversity of the intestinal microbiota in autoimmune and non-autoimmune liver diseases in children.</p><sec><title>   Purpose</title><p>   Purpose. To investigate differences in the taxonomic diversity of fecal microbiota in patients with autoimmune and non-autoimmune liver diseases, as well as to evaluate potential biomarkers of 16S rRNA gene amplicons in these diseases by comparing the taxonomic composition.</p></sec><sec><title>   Material and methods</title><p>   Material and methods. A metagenomic analysis of the intestinal microbiota of 24 children with chronic liver diseases (mean age 10,3 ± 4,7 years) was carried out with the isolation of the 16S rRNA gene region. The group included 18 children with autoimmune liver diseases and 6 children with non-autoimmune liver diseases.</p></sec><sec><title>   Results</title><p>   Results. The conducted study revealed 684 types of microorganisms in the studied samples of patients’ feces.
