У детей основным маркером тяжести заболевания является наличие гипертрофии миокарда. В определенных ситуациях, в частности, при ожирении, возможна ее недооценка. В настоящей работе мы проанализировали влияние шести наиболее распространенных индексов массы миокарда (ММ) на частоту выявления гипертрофии миокарда у подростков с артериальной гипертензией: 1) ММ/Рост2,7(&gt;45 г/м2,7); 2) ММ/Рост2,7(&gt;48 г/м2,7); 3) ММ/Рост2,7(&gt;51 г/м2,7); 4) zMM(F) (&gt;1,65); 5) ММ/ППТ(&gt;115 г/м2); 6) ММ/МТ (&gt;3,0 г кг). Полученные результаты зависели от используемого индекса и варьировали от 11,3 до 35,9%. Величина массы миокарда коррелировала с величиной систолического артериального давления и временем нагрузки. Гипертрофия чаще встречалась при стабильной артериальной гипертензии (28,6%; p&lt;0,05) и ожирении (p&lt;0,05). Наиболее адекватными индексами для выявления гипертрофии миокарда у таких пациентов являются ММ/Рост2,7(&gt;48 г/м2,7) и zMM(F) (&gt;1,65). </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Studies of arterial hypertension in adults could identify factors aggravating its course and increasing the risk of poor outcomes as myocardial infarction, stroke, etc. Myocardial hypertrophy is a major marker for disease severity in children. It may be underestimated in certain situations, in obesity in particular. This investigation analyzed the impact of the most common myocardial mass (MM) indices on the detection rate of myocardial hypertrophy in hypertensive adolescents: 1) ММ/Height2,7 (&gt;45 g/m2,7); 2) ММ/Height2,7(&gt;48 g/ m2,7), 3) MM/Height2,7 (&gt;51 g/m2,7); 4) zMM(F) (&gt;1,65); 5) ММ/BSA(&gt;115 g/m2); 6) MM/Body weight (&gt;3,0 g/kg). The findings depended on the used index and varied from 11,3 to 35,9%. The myocardial mass correlated with systolic blood pressure and exercise time. Hypertrophy was frequently encountered in persistent hypertension (28,6%; p&lt;0,05) and obesity (p&lt;0,05).
