Инсектная анафилаксия определяется у каждого 10-го пациента с анафилаксией. Своевременное лечение и четкий алгоритм тактики купирования состояния может спасти жизнь пациенту. Совершенствование диагностики и правильно подобранные рекомендации позволят улучшить понимание принципов исключения будущих реакций. Приведены данные о распространенности, клинических проявлениях, диагностике и лечении пациентов с инсектной анафилаксией. Представлен клинический случай анафилаксии на ужаление осой.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>   Anaphylaxis is a serious allergic reaction that is life-threatening. Insect anaphylaxis is diagnosed in one in 10 patients with anaphylaxis. Timely treatment and a clear algorithm of tactics to manage the condition can save the patient’s life. Diagnostics and properly selected recommendations will bring more understanding of the principles of exclusion of future reactions. This article presents data on the prevalence, clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment of patients with insect anaphylaxis.
