В литературе, посвященной данному вопросу, значительное место отводится изучению нарушений липидного обмена, занимающих ведущее место в генезе сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний у жителей большинства стран. Подчеркивается особая роль длинноцепочечных полиненасыщенных жирных кислот, являющихся основными функциональными компонентами фосфолипидов мембранных структур головного мозга, фоторецепторов сетчатки. Педиатры большое внимание уделяют питанию детей раннего возраста с подбором адаптированных молочных смесей для адекватного роста и развития ребенка. В то же время не рассматривается возможность коррекции соответствующими адаптированными молочными смесями связанных с ожирением проблем более старшего возраста. Однако разработка рекомендаций по питанию детей старшего возраста, страдающих ожирением и избыточной массой тела, должна проводиться не только с позиции оптимизации качественного и количественного составов пищевого рациона, обеспечивающего потребности растущего организма в настоящий момент, но и учитывать профилактику сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний и других осложнений ожирения в будущем.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The problem of obesity is currently being widely discussed by various specialists. The literature dealing with this problem places a considerable emphasis on investigations of lipid metabolism disorders that occupy a prominent place in the genesis of cardiovascular diseases in the populations of most countries. The special role of long chain polyunsaturated fatty acids that are major functional components of brain membrane structure phospholipids, retinal photoreceptors is emphasized. Pediatricians pay great attention to the nutrition of infants, by adjusting adapted milk-based formulas for their adequate growth and development. At the same time, no consideration is given to the possibility of correcting obesity-associated problems with appropriate adapted milk-based formulas in older infants.
