Авторы проводят анализ 58 источников литературы, в которых обсуждаются вопросы повреждения легких вследствие курения электронных устройств, в целях выявления особенностей симптоматики и патологических изменений. В результате исследования подчеркивается разнообразие клинических проявлений повреждения легких, ассоциированного с вейпингом и курением электронных сигарет (EVALI, e-cigarette or vaping use-associated lung injury), и необходимость проведения дифференциальной диагностики с другими заболеваниями органов дыхания, включая COVID-19. Необходима санитарно-просветительская работа в обществе для распространения информации о вреде курения электронных устройств. Требуются дальнейшие исследования, направленные на выявление долгосрочных последствий употребления вейпов и электронных сигарет для здоровья человека.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article discusses the issue of the use of vape pens and electronic cigarettes, particularly among children and teenagers. The authors analyzed 58 scientific articles that discuss the damage to the lungs caused by smoking electronic devices, in order to identify symptoms and pathological changes. The study highlights the various clinical manifestations of lung damage associated with vaping and using electronic cigarettes (EVALI, e-cigarettes or vaping-associated lung injuries), and the need for a differential diagnosis with other respiratory illnesses, including COVID-19. It is essential to conduct educational and awareness campaigns in society to spread information about the risks of using electronic devices.
