Оценка влияния пассивной иммунизации против респираторно-синцитиального вируса у детей групп риска тяжелого течения респираторно-синцитиальной инфекции на частоту респираторных заболеваний и уровень биомаркеров протеолитических ферментов у детей в периоде 1–3 лет.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. В исследование включены 216 детей в возрасте от 0–3 лет. Выделены 3 группы пациентов: основная 1 — дети, получившие курсы иммунизации против респираторно-синцитиального вируса, основная 2 — дети без иммунизации, контрольная (I, II группы здоровья). Проводилась оценка состояния здоровья детей в периоде новорожденности и в возрасте 1–3 лет. Определялись биомаркеры протеолитических ферментов легочной ткани: матриксные металлопротеиназы 2-го (ММР-2) и 9-го (ММР-9) типов, тканевый ингибитор матриксной металлопротеиназы-2 (ТIММР-2) и фактор роста эндотелия сосудов (VEGF-D).</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Отсутствие иммунопрофилактики респираторно-синцитиальной вирусной инфекции на первом году жизни вносит значительный вклад в развитие рецидивирующих бронхитов с обструкцией (АП=46%) и пневмоний (АП=49,7%) в периоде раннего возраста. Выявлена связь между уровнями ММР-9, ТIММР-2 в сыворотке крови и частотой рецидивирующих бронхитов с обструкцией в возрасте 1–3 лет. Отсутствие пассивной иммунизации против респираторно-синцитиального вируса на первом году жизни увеличивало вероятность повышения уровня VEGF-D до очень высоких значений (≥97‰) в 10 раз. Установлено повышение риска развития рецидивирующих бронхитов с обструкцией при высоких значениях (≥90‰) VEGF-D. Продемонстрировано значительное уменьшение числа случаев острых респираторных заболеваний и снижение VEGF-D с завершенностью цикла иммунизации. З</p></sec><sec><title>аключение</title><p>аключение. Пассивная иммунизация против респираторно-синцитиального вируса у детей групп риска тяжелого течения респираторно-синцитиальной инфекции ассоциируется со снижением частоты респираторных заболеваний, рецидивирующих бронхитов с обструкцией и пневмоний, влиянием на уровень маркеров фиброзирования у детей 1–3 лет.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Preventing respiratory diseases in young children remains a primary focus in pediatric healthcare.</p><sec><title>Purpose</title><p>Purpose. To evaluate the impact of passive immunization against respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) in children at high risk of severe RSV infection on the incidence of respiratory illnesses and the levels of proteolytic enzyme biomarkers in children aged 1–3 years.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. The study included 216 children aged 0–3 years, divided into three groups: Main Group 1 (children who received RSV immunization), Main Group 2 (children without immunization), and a control group (health groups I and II). Health assessments were conducted during the newborn period and at ages 1–3 years. Biomarkers of pulmonary proteolytic enzymes were measured, including matrix metalloproteinases 2 (MMP-2) and 9 (MMP-9), tissue inhibitor of matrix metalloproteinase-2 (TIMMP-2), and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF-D).</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The absence of RSV immunoprophylaxis in the first year of life significantly contributed to the development of recurrent obstructive bronchitis (AP = 46%) and pneumonia (AP = 49.7%) in early childhood. An association was identified between MMP-9 and TIMMP-2 levels in serum and the frequency of recurrent obstructive bronchitis at ages 1–3 years. The lack of passive RSV immunization during the first year of life increased the likelihood of VEGF-D levels reaching very high values (≥97‰) by a factor of 10. An increased risk of recurrent obstructive bronchitis was also observed at elevated VEGF-D levels (≥90‰). Completing the RSV immunization cycle was associated with a significant reduction in respiratory disease cases and decreased VEGF-D levels.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
