Однако конкретные прогностические факторы исхода течения заболевания, выявляемые в ходе пренатальной магнитно-резонансной томографии, в литературе освещены недостаточно. Нами проведен анализ литературы в базах данных PubMed, Google Scholar. В результате выделены основные критерии и признаки, имеющие важное значения в плане прогноза исходов течения заболевания при миеломенингоцеле плода.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The active introduction of fetal magnetic resonance imaging into clinical practice makes it possible to clarify the diagnosis and choose the optimal management of pregnancy, birth, and further treatment of patients with myelomeningocele. However, specific prognostic factors of the outcome of the disease detected during prenatal magnetic resonance imaging are not sufficiently covered in the literature. We analyzed the literature in PubMed and Google Scholar databases.
