Хроническая болезнь почек имеет особую социальную значимость, влияя на качество и ожидаемую продолжительность жизни. Раннее выявление детей и подростков с хроническими заболеваниями почек и ранними стадиями хронической болезни почек позволит не только замедлить прогрессирование, но и предотвратить утрату функции почек. В статье представлены основные патогенетические факторы, влияющие на формирование и прогрессирование тубулоинтерстициального фиброза, такие как артериальная гипертензия с нарушением общей и локальной почечной гемодинамики, протеинурия, ишемия, нарушения нормального функционирования эндотелиального барьера, молекулярно-генетические маркеры. Описана роль тучных клеток в патогенезе фиброза почек, нефросклероза.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Chronic kidney disease is the outcome of progressive chronic kidney diseases. Chronic kidney disease has a special social significance, affecting the quality of life and life expectancy and life expectancy. Early detection of children and adolescents with chronic kidney diseases and early stages of chronic kidney disease will not only slow down the progression, but also prevent the loss of kidney function.
