В работе представлен клинический случай ребенка, который наблюдается с шестимесячного возраста в течение 13 лет, с описанием динамики развития клинических проявлений эозинофильного гранулематоза с полиангиитом (синдрома Черджа-Стросс). Данный случай демонстрирует сложности диагностики заболевания у ребенка с тяжелой бронхиальной астмой и подчеркивает необходимость расширения знаний в этой области врачей разных специальностей (педиатров, ревматологов, пульмонологов, аллергологов-иммунологов, дерматологов).

This paper presents a clinical case of a child who has been observed since the age of 6 months for13 years and describes the progression of eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis (Charge-Strauss syndrome). This case demonstrates the diagnosis challenges in the child with severe asthma and highlights the need to expand the knowledge of health care professionals in this field (pediatricians, rheumatologists, pulmonologists, allergologists, immunologists, dermatologists).
