<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Hypophosphatasia is a rare hereditary disease caused by a deficiency of tissue-nonspecific alkaline phosphatase, leading to impaired mineralization of bones and teeth. The article presents a clinical case of a child with an infantile form of hypophosphatasia, manifested by delayed motor development, deformation of the lower extremities and premature loss of teeth. The diagnosis was confirmed by a molecular genetic study that revealed compound heterozygous mutations in the ALPL gene. Enzyme replacement therapy with asfotase alpha was prescribed, against the background of which positive dynamics were noted.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>дети</kwd><kwd>гипофосфатазия</kwd><kwd>щелочная фосфатаза</kwd><kwd>ферментозаместительная терапия</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>children</kwd><kwd>hypophosphatasia</kwd><kwd>alkaline phosphatase</kwd><kwd>enzyme replacement therapy</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Vogt M., Girschick H., Schweitzer T., Benoit C., Holl-Wieden A., Seefried L., et al.
