У 5–10% инфицированных развивается «атипичная» пневмония, в остальных случаях микоплазмоз протекает с клиникой поражения верхних дыхательных путей, нередко в сочетании с внелегочными проявлениями; частота последних может достигать 25%, чаще всего регистрируют поражения кожи и слизистых. Описаны случаи развития артритов, энцефалитов, миелитов, тяжелых анемий, миокардитов и пр. У 60% детей, инфицированных Mycoplasma pneumoniae, возможно развитие ко-инфекции, у каждого пятого это SARS-CoV-2. Мы представляем клиническое наблюдение пациента 16 лет с острой инфекцией дыхательных путей и мукозитом, обусловленным сочетанным инфицированием M.pneumoniae и SARS-CoV-2 на фоне реактивации Эпштейна-Барр вирусной инфекции.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Mycoplasma pneumoniae is one of the most significant bacterial pathogens in the structure of respiratory infections in children. In 5–10% cases the course of disease is “atypical” pneumonia, in other cases, mycoplasmosis occurs with symptoms of upper respiratory tract infection, often in combination with extrapulmonary manifestations; the frequency of the latter can reach 25%, the main are skin and mucous membrane lesions. Cases of arthritis, encephalitis, myelitis, severe anemia, myocarditis etc. are also described among other extrapulmomary manifestations. In 60% of children infected with Mycoplasma pneumoniae there is might becoinfection with other pathogens, in every fifth it is SARS-CoV-2.
