Однако недостаточно данных, направленных на раскрытие патогенетических механизмов реализации атопического марша и развития бронхиальной астмы, в том числе подтвержденных на разных популяциях детей. Метаболомные исследования позволяют выявить ранние биохимические изменения, которые могут прогнозировать развитие бронхиальной астмы.</p><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель: провести анализ результатов когортных исследований, направленных на изучение метаболомных маркеров, позволяющих прогнозировать риск развития бронхиальной астмы в условиях реализации атопического марша.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы: поиск публикаций в базах данных Medline, Научной электронной библиотеки и КиберЛенинка в период с января 2015 года по май 2025 года. Включены когортные исследования, в которых изучали связь метаболома различных биологических сред у детей с развитием бронхиальной астмы.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты: в настоящий обзор включены 6 публикаций. Обобщены данные об изменениях метаболических профилей, ассоциированных с развитием бронхиальной астмы у детей.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение: изменения в метаболизме липидов, аминокислот, желчных кислот и энергетическом обмене, выявляемые в пуповинной крови, плазме крови и моче новорождённых и детей раннего возраста, предшествуют клиническим проявлениям атопических заболеваний и могут служить основой для прогнозирования риска развития бронхиальной астмы в старшем возрасте.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Currently, interest in the field of metabolomics of allergic diseases, including bronchial asthma, is quite high. However, there is insufficient data aimed at uncovering the mechanisms of pathogenesis of the atopic march and the development of bronchial asthma, including those confirmed in different populations of children. Metabolomic studies can reveal early biochemical changes that can predict the development of bronchial asthma.</p><p>The aim of the study is to analyze the results of cohort studies aimed at studying metabolic markers that can predict the risk of developing bronchial asthma in the context of the atopic march.</p><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. Search for publications in Medline databases and Scientific Electronic Library. Publication dates: January 2015 - May 2025; cohort studies aimed at finding metabolomic markers that can predict the risk of developing bronchial asthma in the context of the implementation of the atopic march were included.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. This review includes 6 publications.
