Больные были разделены на три группы в зависимости от степени рефлюкс-нефропатии по данным ДМСА-сцинтиграфии: 2-я группа — без рефлюкс-нефропатии (я=9), 3-я группа — с легкой степенью рефлюкс-нефропатии (я=41), 4-я группа — с тяжелой степенью рефлюкс-нефропатии (и=21). Первую группу составили здоровые дети (я=20) без почечной патологии в анамнезе. Микроальбумин и Р2-микроглобулин определяли в утренней порции мочи методом иммуноферментного анализа ELISA и пересчитывали на креатинин мочи. Выявлена зависимость между уровнем белков в моче и тяжестью рефлюкс-нефропатии. Установлено достоверное повышение уровня мочевой экскреции микроальбумина и Р2-микроглобулина при тяжелой степени рефлюкс-нефропатии. Это позволяет использовать данное исследование у пациентов с рефлюкс-нефропатией в качестве диагностического маркера ее тяжести.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The urinary levels of mlcroalbumin and P2-mlcroglobulin were determined in 71 patients aged 1 to 14 years with vesicoureteral reflux. According to the degree of reflux nephropathy as evidenced by dimercaptosuccinic acid (DMSA) scintigraphy, the patients were divided into 3 groups: 9 patients without reflux nephropathy (Group 2); 41 with mild reflux nephropathy (Group 3); and 21 with severe reflux nephropathy (Group 4). A control group (Group 1) consisted of 29 healthy children without a history of kidney disease. Mi-croalbumin and P2-microglobulin from the morning urine portions were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and recalculated with reference to urinary creatinine. A relationship was found between the urinary levels of proteins and the severity of reflux nephropathy. There was a significant rise in urinary microalbumin and P2-microglobulin excretion levels in severe reflux nephropathy.
