Определены преимущества и недостатки использования различных устройств и методов. Представлены критерии эффективности и предикторы неудач неинвазивной вентиляции. В настоящее время неинвазивные методы вентиляции у недоношенных новорожденных находят все большее применение в стационарах любого уровня и используются даже у самых маленьких пациентов.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The review of modern literature covers main problems in the use of non-invasive ventilation in preterm infants. The advantages and disadvantages of various devices and methods are identified. The criteria for the efficiency of non-invasive ventilation and the predictors of its failure are presented.
