Исследование проведено в зависимости от функционального класса (выраженности) легочной гипертензии. Установлено, что ремоделирование правых отделов в большей степени зависит от постнагрузки (систолического давления в легочной артерии и легочного сосудистого сопротивления), причем диастолическая дисфункция формируется уже при умеренной легочной гипертензии (II функциональный класс). Выявлено, что на фоне врожденных пороков с артериальной гипоксемией отмечается более быстрое развитие легочной артериальной гипертензии с нарушением систолодиастолической функции миокарда.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The ultrasound and angiographic parameters of the right chambers of the heart were analyzed in children with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) associated with congenital heart defects. The investigation was conducted in relation to the functional class (degree) of PAH. Right cardiac remodeling was found to depend to a greater extent on afterload (pulmonary artery systolic pressure and pulmonary vascular resistance); moreover, diastolic dysfunction developed just in moderate (Functional Class II) PAH.
