Проведено открытое неконтролируемое исследование. Под наблюдением находились 47 детей в возрасте от 5 до 6,5 мес жизни. Оценивали динамику массы и длины тела, нервно-психическое развитие, состояние кожных покровов. Регистрировали частоту острых респираторных заболеваний, проявления диспепсического синдрома, количество дефекаций в сутки, макроскопическую характеристику кала, проводили микробиологическое обследование, общий анализ крови. Статистическая обработка материала проводилась с использованием программного комплекса Statistica Advanced.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Примерно у 20% детей на момент введения прикорма фиксировались запоры, твердая консистенция стула, у 63,8% детей были выявлены условно-патогенные бактерии в кале. На фоне введения Бибикаш число детей, имевших условно-патогенную флору, уменьшилось в 3 раза, а твердая консистенция стула и проявление запора исчезли полностью. За период наблюдения ни у одного ребенка не сформировалось анемии, острых респираторных заболеваний, заболеваний желудочно-кишечного тракта, темпы прибавки массы тела, психомоторное развитие соответствовали возрасту, что говорит о гармоничном развитии.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. Использование Бибикаш в качестве прикорма оказывает положительное влияние на состояние здоровья ребенка, способствует профилактике алиментарно-зависимых заболеваний. Введение Бибикаш в рацион нормализует функцию кишечника у детей с запорами.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective: to evaluate the physical development and health status of babies receiving goat’s milk-based formula “Bibikasha”.</p></sec><sec><title>Patients and methods</title><p>Patients and methods. An open-label uncontrolled trial was conducted in 47 babies aged 5 to 6.5 months. Their weight and height changes, neuropsychological development, and the skin were assessed. The incidence of acute respiratory diseases, the manifestations of dyspepsia, and number of bowel movement a day were estimated; fecal macroscopy, microbiological examination, and complete blood count were carried out. The data were statistically processed using Statistica Advanced.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. At complementary feeding, there was constipation and hard stools in approximately 20% the infants in the study group and fecal opportunistic bacteria in 63.8%. When eating Bibikasha, the number of infants with opportunistic pathogenic bacteria reduced by 3 times and hard stools and constipation disappeared completely. During their follow-up, none of the babies developed anemia, acute respiratory or gastrointestinal diseases; weight gain rates and psychomotor development were age-appropriate, indicating their harmonious development.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. Bibikasha used as a complementary food has a positive effect on a baby’s health and contributes to the prevention of nutrition-related diseases.
