На основе собственных наблюдений в ходе многоцентрового исследования и данных литературы показана высокая клиническая и иммунологическая эффективность лизиновой соли карбоцистеина (Флуифорт) в качестве мукорегулирующего и муколитического средства у детей в возрасте от 2 до 17 лет при острых и хронических бронхолегочных заболеваниях. Выявлено, что наибольшая эффективность лизиновой соли карбоцистеина имела место у детей школьного возраста, что можно объяснить возрастными особенностями формирования секреторного аппарата бронхов и системы местного иммунитета, а также при затяжных и хронических воспалительных процессах, в том числе связанных с табакокурением. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The paper gives information on current mucoactive therapy with carbocysteine for acute and chronic bronchopulmonary diseases. The author’s observations during a multicenter study and the data available in the literature provide evidence that carbocysteine lysine salt (Fluifort) shows high clinical and immunological efficacies as a mucoregulatory and mucolytic agent used in children aged 2 to 17 years with acute and chronic bronchopulmonary diseases.
