Приведена информация о фетальном алкогольном синдроме и синдроме абстиненции у новорожденных. Представлены данные собственного наблюдения за нарушениями развития у 18 детей, подвергшихся пренатальному влиянию алкоголя. Предложены подходы к лечению и ведению детей с фетальным алкогольным синдромом и меры оказания помощи семьям. Показано, что данная проблема малоизучена в России, является весьма актуальной, социально значимой и требует дальнейшего изучения. 

The article provides information on fetal alcohol syndrome (FAS) and the abstinence syndrome in newborns. The data monitoring developmental disorders in 18 children exposed to prenatal influence of alcohol. Described suggested approaches to treatment and management of children with FAS and helping families. It is shown that this problem is poorly studied in Russia and is highly relevant, socially significant and requires further study.
