Показано, что полиморфные варианты генов MTHFR, MTRR и MTR могут рассматриваться как фактор риска развития аллергии. Выявлено достоверное увеличение содержания в копрофильтратах зонулина, β-дефензина 2, транстиретина, эозинофильного катионного протеина, в сыворотке крови – эотаксина, белков, связывающих жирные кислоты, и белка, повышающего проницаемость мембран (р&lt;0,05). Полученные результаты позволяют улучшить диагностику заболевания, могут быть использованы с про- гностической целью, для оценки эффективности проводимой терапии.&gt; &lt;0,05). Полученные результаты позволяют улучшить диагностику заболевания, могут быть использованы с прогностической целью, для оценки эффективности проводимой терапии.</p><p> </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Folate cycle gene polymorphisms and the levels of endogenous antimicrobial peptides and proteins in the blood and coprofiltrates were studied in 45 children aged 3 to 12 months with cow’s milk protein allergy. The polymorphic variants of the MTHFR, MTRR, and MTR genes were shown to be considered as a risk factor for the development of allergy. There was a significant increase in the levels of zonulin, β-defensin 2, transthyretin, and eosinophil cationic protein in the coprofiltrates and in those of eotaxin, fatty acidbinding proteins, and membrane permeability-increasing protein in the serum (p&lt;0.05).
