Хроническая болезнь почек является существенным фактором, влияющим на развитие кардиоваскулярных событий. Цель работы: изучить структурно-морфологические параметры сердечной мышцы при хронической болезни почек у детей и подростков в зависимости от стадии болезни по данным эхокардиографического исследования. Обследованы 83 пациента с различными стадиями хронической болезни почек. Выявлены статистически значимые различия большинства эхокардиографических параметров в зависимости от стадии болезни. Исследование структурно-морфологических параметров сердца с помощью эхокардиографии позволяет выявить изменения в сердечной мышце у пациентов уже на 1-й стадии развития хронической болезни почек. Существенное увеличение объемов полостей сердца, толщины стенок и массы миокарда левого желудочка выявлено у пациентов при терминальной стадии болезни.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Chronic kidney disease (CKD) in children is 1/3 of the nephrologic pathology, with the level of its morbidity increasing. CKD is an important factor affecting the development of cardiovascular events. Research objective was to study the structural and morphological parameters of the cardiac muscle in chronic kidney disease in children and adolescents, depending on the stage of CKD, according to the echocardiographic study. 83 patients with different stages of CKD were examined. There were statistically significant differences in the majority of echocardiography indicators depending on the stage of CKD. The study of structural and morphological parameters of the heart with the help of echocardiography makes it possible to detect changes in the cardiac muscle in patients already at the first stage of CKD.
