Синдром Вильсона—Микити — интерстициальное заболевание легких новорожденных, возникающее на первом — втором месяце жизни и характеризующееся поздним развитием кислородозависимости. Этиология заболевания — неизвестна. Приведены сведения о возможных этиологических факторах, патогенезе, патоморфологии, клинической, рентгенологогической и компьютерно-томографической картине данного редкого заболевания легких. На основании анализа наблюдений 61 пациента, представленных в литературе с 1960 по 2008 г., установлена зависимость манифестации синдрома от возраста и степени недоношенности, исходы заболевания. Даны результаты собственных наблюдений 7 пациентов с синдромом Вильсона—Микити, в том числе картина высокоразрешающей компьютерной томографии. 

The Wilson—Mikity syndrome is a neonatal interstitial lung disease of unknown etiology, which occurs between 1 and 2 months of age and which is characterized by late development of oxygen dependency. The paper gives information on the possible etiological factors, pathogenesis, pathomorphology, and clinical, X-ray, and CT patterns of this rare lung disease. Analysis of 61 cases described in the literature from 1960 to 2008 established the relationship of the manifestations of the syndrome to age and degree of prematurity, as well as disease outcomes. The authors give the results of their observations of 7 patients with Wilson—Mikity syndrome, including the pattern of high-resolution computed tomography.
