Внепищеводные (атипичные) симптомы в основном представлены жалобами, свидетельствующими о вовлечении в процесс бронхолегочной, сердечно-сосудистой систем и ЛОР-органов. В статье подробно рассмотрены патогенез внепищеводных проявлений гастроэзофагеальной рефлюксной болезни, даны рекомендации по диагностике и лечению на основании собственного опыта авторов и данных международных публикаций.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) is a chronic recurrent disorder with esophageal and extraesophageal symptoms and a variety of morphological changes of the mucous membrane of the esophagus caused by retrograde reflux of the gastric or gastro-intestinal contents. Extraesophageal (atypical) symptoms are mainly complaints which indicate involvement in the process of bronchopulmonary, cardiovascular diseases and ENT-organs.
