Особое значение имеет тот факт, что в отличие от других триггеров элиминация аллергенов домашних животных зачастую связана с внутренним сопротивлением со стороны пациентов. В статье изложены современные данные о распространенности сенсибилизации, свойствах и клиническом значении основных аллергенов кошки и собаки, изложены подходы к проведению элиминационных мероприятий.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>At present, sensitization to airborne allergens in domestic animals is absolutely rightly considered one of the key risk factors for the development of allergic rhinitis and bronchial asthma, as well as largely determines the development of severe forms of atopic dermatitis and respiratory allergosis. Of particularimportance isthe fact that, unlike othertriggers, the elimination of allergensin domestic animals is often associated with internal resistance from patients.
