Проведено  общее клиническое обследование и исследование уровня свободного и ацилированного карнитина в крови. Установлены  неспецифические клинические признаки карнитинового дефицита у недоношенных детей. Исследование карнитинового   обмена выявило зависимость изучаемых показателей от гестационного срока недоношенных детей.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The authors present their finding from the examination of 45 premature babies depending on the gestational age. A general clinical examination and study of free and acylated carnitine levels in blood were performed. Nonspecific clinical signs of carnitine deficiency in premature infants have been established.
