Уровень асIgE определяли у 84 детей в возрасте от 5 мес до 17 лет с помощью иммунохемилюминесцентного метода на анализаторе UniCAP 100 (Phadia, Швеция). Уровень асIgE оценивали по шкале из 6 классов.</p><p>Сенсибилизация к энтеротоксинам S. aureus выявлена у 29 детей с концентрацией асIgE от 0,35 до 25,8 кЕ/л (I–IV класс). У 16 детей имели место 8 вариантов полисенсибилизации к аллергенам S. aureus. Сочетания асIgE к энтеротоксинам А+В и А+В+С встречались чаще всего – у каждого четвертого и пятого ребенка соответственно. Сенсибилизация к Malassezia spp. выявлена у 41 ребенка с концентрацией от 0,38 до 98,9 кЕ/л (I–V класс). Полисенсибилизация одновременно к аллергенам S. aureus и  Malassezia spp. обнаружена у каждого второго ребенка. Установлена более высокая степень сенсибилизации к аллергенам Malassezia spp., чем к аллергенам S. aureus.</p><p>Заключение. Для  улучшения специфической диагностики атопического дерматита целесообразно исследовать сыворотку крови к полной панели рекомбинантных энтеротоксинов S. aureus в комплексе с определением асIgE к Malassezia spp. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>We studied the frequency of occurrence and concentration of allergen-specific IgE antibodies (asIgE) to enterotoxins A, B, C and TSST-1 of Staphylococcus aureus and Malassezia spp. in the serum of children with atopic dermatitis in the acute period of the disease. The determination of asIgE levels was performed in 84 children aged from 5 months to 17 years using the immunochemiluminescent method on the UniCAP 100 analyzer (Phadia, Sweden). The level of asIgE was evaluated on a scale of 6 classes.</p><sec><title>The sensitization to S</title><p>The sensitization to S. aureus enterotoxins was detected in 29 children with аsIgE concentration from 0.35 to 25.8 kU/L (I–IV classes). In 16 children were observed 8 polysensitization options to S. aureus allergens. Combinations of asIgE to A + B and A + B + C enterotoxins were most common – in every fourth and fifth child,respectively. Sensitization to Malassezia spp. was observed in 41 children with concentration from 0.38 to 98.9 KU/L (I–V classes). Polysensitization to both S. aureus and Malassezia spp. allergens was observed in one of two children. A higher degree of sensitisation to Malassezia spp allergens has been established compared to S. aureus.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
