Даются краткие сведения о возможности замедления нефросклеротических процессов с помощью ингибиторов ангиотензинпревращающего фермента, а также о перспективах ренопротекции на экспериментальных моделях.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The data on the effectiveness of  the use of  medicinal products, aimed at increasing the antibacterial resistance of  the urinary tract («therapeutic vaccines», immunotropic medications), as well asthe minimization of pathological processes(inflammation, oxidative stress) as a result of exposure to infectious microorganisms are presented.
