Цель работы: изучить уровень иммуноглобулинов основных классов в грудном молоке и периферической крови у женщин с различным состоянием здоровья в динамике лактации. Параметры IgA, sIgA, IgE, IgM, IgG в грудном молоке и периферической крови определялись на 3–5-е сутки после родов, в 1, 3 и 6 мес лактации.</p><p>Результаты. Представлены данные об уровне иммуноглобулинов у 96 женщин с различным состоянием здоровья. Показано, что женское молоко содержит основные классы иммуноглобулинов, которые имеют обратную динамику секреции по мере увеличения срока лактации.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Breast milk is considered to be the best nutrition for infants, as it provides all the nutrients necessary for proper development during the first 6 months of life. Objectives: to study the level of immunoglobulins of the main classes in breast milk and peripheral blood in women with different health status in lactation dynamics. The IgA, sIgA, IgE, IgM, IgG parameters in breast milk and peripheral blood were determined in 3-5 days after delivery and in 1, 3 and 6 months of lactation.</p><p>Results. The paper presents data on the level of immunoglobulins in 96 women with different health status.
