Отражены результаты генетических исследований, вопросы патогенеза, клинических проявлений заболевания, вопросы классификации, лечения и профилактики. Особое внимание обращено на возможности клинических испытаний новых, генно-инженерных средств для патогенетической терапии гипофосфатазии — ферментозаместительной терапии.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The paper gives up-to-date information on hypophosphatasia in children. It represents the results of genetic studies, the pathogene-sis, clinical manifestations, classification, treatment, and prevention of the disease.
